Join us on Saturday 11th October 10:00 - 12:00 for a blissful morning workshop of guided gua sha group facial and sound healing with Jana and Georgia
Each of you will enjoy your own Gua Sha tool and Neal's Yard organic facial oils to explore.
Jana will guide you to melt away tension, soothe jawlines, ease knots in the necks and soothe your whole face. Learn techniques to naturally boost collagen for that radiant glow. Relaxation and rejuvenation await!
Everything you will need for your facial journey will be provided.
Georgia will transition you through a restorative sound journey designed to release tension, bring clarity, and ease stress. The experience begins with a grounding meditation to centre you, then flows into soothing sounds produced by alchemy crystal bowls. Feel your body and mind become lighter as you soak in the tranquil frequencies and vibrations of healing instruments float over you 🫧
Guided into a stage of calm, relaxing your nervous system body & mind become lighter, letting go of any tension bringing a sense of inner peace.
